Delivery and Returns
All of our stock is UK suppliers with a delivery turnaround 2-7 business days FREE postage, tracked delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be sent out same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day, however, after 2pm on a Thursday and Friday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery is not possible on a Sunday or bank holiday.
Returns - How do I return?
For any returns please contact our returns department: returns.enquiries@boutiquetastic.com to find the correct return address. We do have a 14 day return policy and 7 days for faulty items. They must be in original condition, for clothing unwashed, unworn and in original packaging. Anything outside these times will not be accepted.
Are there any charges for a return?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund/exchange?
To ensure your returns are processed quickly and safely, we kindly ask that all items be sent back using tracked delivery.
Why Tracked Delivery? - ▪︎Protects you against lost parcels ▪︎Provides proof of postage and delivery.
Helps us resolve any issues quickly: ▪︎Exchanges will take 2-3 days ▪︎Refunds will be requested in this time but please allow up to 7 working days for the system to process refund.
What You Need to Do:
1️⃣ Choose a courier that offers tracking (e.g., Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS).
2️⃣ Keep your receipt and tracking number until your return is confirmed.
3️⃣ Ensure the package is securely sealed with your return details included inside.
Tip: Double-check the return address before sending!
If you are not sending back as tracked delivery - please note: ▪︎There is no proof of delivery ▪︎You're not protected of item being lost in the post ▪︎We cannot accept responsibility of lost parcels ▪︎Return/exchange will be considerably longer - 2/3 weeks - as we can't chase it with the supplier
